The staff members are so rude and they hang up on me twice I have not known any thing about doctors yet

I don't have any other doctor that always has coffee and cookies out for patients!

I was appalled that this doctor does not allow children or babies into his waiting room. I was not informed in advance of my appointment of this ridiculous policy. After they had me fill out out entire paperwork packet, I was asked to leave because I had my newborn Baby with me. I was told to leave her in the car (!?!) or at home with a babysitter! I had brought a paid assistant with me to watch my Baby while I was with doctor, but apparently this was not adequate. I've been to many doctors and have never heard of such discriminatory treatment. Meanwhile I had a possibly life threatening condition, and was turned away because his office does not tolerate babies.

I was having leg pain and was sent to see Dr. Suval I found that his office staff very professional and kind. I was in the exam room with the nurse 1st whom was very kind and than seen Dr. Suval, he spent time going over all the problems i was having and spent time letting me know what he was going to do next and answered all my question. I found him to be very patient and took the time to explain things i would recommend Dr. Suval to others and the office made sure my insurance would cover all the test that i needed.

Butchered my wife, then dropped her as a patient wit no follow up. Severe nerve damage in right leg, severe disfiqurement of left upper abdomen. Suspicious diagnosis from the start, of blockage to abdominal aorta into both legs. first plaque, then calcification then final surgery report stated plaque. ?? I would not trust this butcher with my dog! My wife has been severly depressed ever since! He is only in it for the money and shuns HMO's as testimony to that!

The staff is great. They couldn't be more helpful. My appointment was made within 2 days of calling as a new patient. Dr. Suval genuinely seems to care. His front office Sue, was sweet as pie and made me feel at home. His nurse, Jennifer was very informative and caring. She had answered all my questions and even helped my mom to the car. She went the extra mile. The office is very clean and some procedures are even done at the office. After my surgery Jennifer called me first thing in the morning. She also made my appointment to follow up right away. All in all I felt very comfortable there. He is highly recommended.

Dr. Suval was very highly recommend to me and he was worth seeing and having my issues addressed. He's quick, so be prepared to ask your questions. I don't believe he has been in my sight for longer than 5 minutes (not counting my surgery, which took 1 hour) He uses the latest techniques, which are fantastic! Staff is wonderful and they answer your questions and take they're time with you. But he has a hugh flaw in his organization. Michelle, who does the billing and works the front desk too. She is rude and obnoxious, will not call the insurance to investigate if there is a problem. I had approval for my procedure months ago, but she didn't understand the paperwork and refused to investigate to process it. I did my own research and was informed by the insurance that all it would have taken was a phone call from her. She has tried to discourage me on another procedure I will need soon too, it would probably require to much paperwork on her part. I want to know where… she has received her M.D. degree. I have spoken with other patients and the doctors staff regarding this matter also. The staff is well aware of her attitude, but I believe they are just to timid to approach the doctor. If you need service at the front desk.. work with Sue, very nice lady and go the full nine yards to assist you. Hope you read this Dr. Suval, because everything else about your office and staff is great and your a very good surgeon, but Michelle has got to go.
