Dr. William Gene Sybesma, MD

I found Dr. Sybesma to be a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. He checked my ear and told me exactly what the problem was. He diagnosed it correctly, performed the procedure we had discussed and I was on the way to recovery that evening. I enjoyed his honesty, his compassion and the fact that he is a Christian.

He had me leaving my appt. in tears. Told me I had to live with not feeling good. Unacceptable! Horrible bedside manner! Will be finding another ENT!

Not only would I never recommend this doctor to anyone my husband and I will NEVER return to this doctor. In the eight years we have been going to doctors this was the WORST experience. Not only did he not want to address half of my husbands issues, at one point my husband couldn't catch his breath and he could have cared less and since my husband has quit breathing twice before I was quite concerned and was quite surprised he did nothing to aid him or reassure him he would be fine. My husband has a traech because of his past breathing issues and he took it out after we gave him permission assuming he would be able to put it back in without a probem, this was not the case he forced it back in as my husband was telling him to stop he proceeded to force it in causing my husband great pain and lots of blood. He did not apologize and could have cared less that he caused trauma to my husband. It is bad enough that my husband has to live in pain everyday then to go to a doctor for help and… get that kind of treatment is completely insane, I should have caught on when we walked in and there was no patients in the waiting room, lesson learned!!
