Dr. Symons was available to assist in performing a critical and complicated removal of pelvic mass + colon surgery for my condition successfully. Post-op, he made several visits to check-up on my healing process and did not hesitate to answer all my questions afterwards. My first appointment with Dr. Symons was on time and very professional. He was patient with me and explained everything I asked in detail. His office was able to schedule me in quickly and returned my calls promptly. Prior to the surgery he explained fully how it could be done, he was never in a hurry answering my questions and made sure I had no further questions. I never felt rushed, always felt that I had 100 percent of his attention . Dr. Symons is truly an incredible doctor who made me feel not only at ease about the surgery, most importantly, he made me feel safe and secure, that he had my best interest at heart. He has the rare combination of being an excellent physician and a compassionate, caring and empathetic human being P.S. Surgery was umbilical hernia repair with mesh. Complicated by massive amounts of kidney and liver cysts (not much room to maneuver in tummy) I was home the same day. No complications and very little pain. Quick recovery

We did a follow up visit and I was concerned about a dressing and he told me nothing was wrong. Also. He had not read the chart as his diagnosis of the problem was incorrect. Looking for a new surgeon.
