If you don't have cancer don't expect much to be done about any problems you may be having if you're on Medicare. Having private insurance will probably get you much better service.

I'm sad and disappointed to see Dr. Telle leaving Decatur to continue his career in Hot Springs, AR. Most of my disappointment lies on the shoulders of management at DMH Hospital. It is no secret in this town how arrogant and controlling the CEO can be and it looks like it has finally bit him in the butt. I have been with Dr. Telle for 10 years and he has been exceptional in the way he cares for his patients and knowledge when it comes to surgery. Myself and many other patients will miss him wholeheartedly and will now plan on heading 30 minutes out of town for any Urological operations. If Dr. Telle was closer to Decatur I would without a doubt travel the distance to ensure I was receiving the best care available.

Better than expected, comfort level very good for a prostrate biopsy especially when the results were NO CANCER. But I have not been told why my PSA increased enough to warrent the biopsy. I'm 80 yrs old. White male. I get the impression the doctors have a lot to learn about male cancer causes and signs.

Terrible attitude completely full of himself.

i have seen Dr Telle for more then 67 years for prostate problems .. watching my psa every 6 months.. 3 biobsis. last one showed cancerous,,had radical prostomy surgery, 4-7-11 ,went with Dr Telle as i trusted him and knew he had done over 800 surgeries.Surgery went well no complications..stil in healing process.. The staff is wonderful to talk with as Dr Telle is ..takes his time as so does Mrs Stacy..who i have seen several times even for physical. and follow ups.She is right on top of everything with knowledgs as Dr Telle is...They all listen and seriously do care about ones health..Thanks to Dr Tells for staying with me watching me so closely as he has done all these years..

I have seen Dr. Telle for both a surgical procedure and for several routine office visits. Dr. Telle takes the time to make sure that you as a patient are comfortable with and completely understand all of your treatment options. I have recommended Dr. Telle to several of my friends and they all agree with my very high opinion of his expert care and professionalism. Dr. Telle receives my highest recommendations!!

I found Dr. Telle to be very professional and caring when it came to my health needs and concerns. He took extra time to explain my operation and clearly informed me of the risks involved. He did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend seeing him. One a side note, the other negative (clearly ficticious) posts on this site are disturbing and highly inaccurate. Dr. Telle is a great doctor and I wouldn't think of seeing anyone else.
