Dr. William Anthony Tosches, MD

The first visit was great. He was very thorough and seemed genuinely concerned about my health. After doing some tests, when going to my follow up appointment he lacked the knowledge of my case and forgot what we had discussed prior. He lack proper bed-side manners and dismissed me with little care. I felt uncomfortable and like I had been accused of faking after leaving his office.

Many people including my self in my family have seen him, he is compassionate and has a great staff.

Dr Tosches neglected to tell my sister she was positive for JC Virus which can cause deadly PML. In fact a year had passed and she was given over 12 Tysabri Infusions when she had unsafe levels. Dr. Tosches does not allow nurses to see the blood work results so only his eyes see them. When realizing he never informed her his response was "How did I miss that?" We contacted the medical board of the program at Milford Hospital and we contacted the Tysabri Outreach Program, they informed us that he will need to be retrained. We are also following up legally.

My name is Howard Dunbar. Dr. Tosches is the 1st Neurologist, I have visited, that is cogniscent of the pain of Neuropathy that I have in both legs, feet and arms. I have visited Dr. Tosches on several occaissons and am looking forward to my next appointment with him. Howard Dunbar

This has to be one of the worst doctors in the area. He is quick to hand out heavy pain medications to patients, to some who do not even need it. I know all of this from experience. Also I know personally he does not take into full consideration the seriousness of some patients needs.

Very sensitive in explaining results, and need for further testing for our son. Very sensitive, and great humour along with that, in talking with our son directly, and in talking w/me or one of our other sons, in patient room or hallway. Terrific bedside manner, and terrific rapport evident with nurses on floor and with colleagues treating our son.

I am still wicked sick, and he only seems to change meds and nothing else. no outside opinions, he says he takes my file to conferences but noone else can figure me out either. i am looking for another doc who is interested in fixing me not drugging me
