Dr. William Jay Tuley, MD

Receptionists are essentially the forefront of the company and when you have a bad receptionist as Dr. Tuley does, you can expect to see a high turnover of patients. I've found Dr. Tuley's receptionist to be rude, unprofessional, and lazy. I'm not the only one that has experienced this. My father-in-law and oldest sister aren't keen about either. Dr. Tuley took a break from his practice before and I heard that his former staff were nothing but wonderful. This receptionist is far from it. Not only she unprofessionally announces what patients owe in front of other patients, but she's very snarky in her responses. I was planning on paying my bill with my health and savings card on Friday, but she wouldn't have it. She told me to either pay today or reschedule. I do plan on going back to the doctor that I had since I try my best to veer away from people like her since I believe a staff should carry themselves professionally - without turning patients away. I didn't have keen impression of… her on the first visit. Seemingly rushing from a lunch break, she was minutes late, and she told me in her usual snarky tone that she's known for that I'd have to wait. She should consider a career that suits her better, because she doesn't have the personality to be working in the medical field. In a nutshell, Dr. Tuley should consider on replacing her with a friendly receptionist.

Dr. Tuley has probably healed more people and saved more lives than any doctor in Evansville. His diagnoses are right on the money, he's seen a lot of patients. Just like that insurance company, he knows a thing or two because he's seen a thing or two. Honest, smart guy. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Tuley is a down to earth caring physician. He makes the effort to understand my problems and has always given a correct diagnosis for me and my family members. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a good old style family doctor.

The doctor was very caring and compassionate and really took the time to listen to my needs and help me out. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Tuley is a very compassionate knowledgeable doctor. He listens to his patients and treats them accordingly. He listens to his gut instinct as well as his vast knowledge of medicine. He is awesome and down to earth. I rate him very highly in all aspects. I recommend him to anyone that needs a good Doctor........

Dr. Tuley is the best doctor in Evansville and is wonderful at diagnosing patients. He will spend all the time necessary with you in the room and while he may always be running late it is well worth it to spend a couple of hours at the office.

Dr Tuley and his nurse and staff really care about my care and health and overall we being. Doc is very personable and is willing to spend enough time with me to hear what I want to say.......

This Dr is a good Dr however he diagnosed me wrong on three occasions . I had to find a new family Dr that had better patient understanding and finally have me a correct diagnoses .
