I saw Dr. Van Horn when he was in Chattanooga at the dynamic health center. I was a teenager and very sick. He denied my physical ailments. Afterwards, I was diagnosed at Vanderbilt with Ehlers-Danlos, POTS, and MCAS. Dysautonomia can be serious and cause depression. When I was laying in his office with a blood sugar of 40, I should not have been ignored. Physical disease CAN cause mental health issues. Beware to all who see him. There is a reason why he moves around.

My son developed mental illness when he was around 18 years old. Dr. Van Horn really did wonders for him. Wish I could get in touch with him now. God Bless Him.

dr. Van Horn explains diagnosis and treatment for his patients great detail. So far I'm very happy with him.

He is a fake! He will spend much time telling everyone how great he is. He cares nothing about his patients. He may spend 10 minutes a day with his patient. He moves from state to state. Wonder what he's running from!

The most self centered person I know. Patients are strongly encouraged to view his DVD where he tells how smart he is! He spends less than 5 min.per pt. He doesn't have time to talk to pt or family. All he does is prescribe medicine. He had me on TOO much! I ended up in ICU with seizures due to too much med.!

I saw this doctor in absense of my regular doctor and he actually took the time to talk to me unlike my regular doctor. We actually found that I was placed on a med I did not need and that was causing some severe side effects. He took me off of it and placed me on something way better and I couldn't have been more gracious. I would recommend anyone to see this guy. I wish he were my regular.

Dr. Van Horn is my very favorite Dr. Since I've been seeing him I have not tried to take my life. Even though he has moved to Fort Mill I have followed him because I know he will still take good care of me. God blessed me with the best dr. ever!

I have been suffering from Severe Depression, Anxiety, etc for many years. I have seen many psychiatrists who were unable to help me. Dr. Van Horn immediately started me down a path which has been successful. I continue to see him to get everything right. He has been wonderful. Also, I love Crystal....she is awesome!!! Completely satisfied!!!
