Dr. William Philip Vinson, MD

I was with this man during surgery and it was bad. He cause damages during surgery. I would say that DO NOT allow your surgery to go forth with this man as your anesthesiologist.

Massively Regretful & Concerned Patient - I am writing this review for others to read & be alerted. Dr. Stormo's bedside manner were very much a concern. His arrogance caused me to feel very uncomfortable. Dr. Stormo came into my room with a loaded syringe and took it upon himself to give me a drug, that wasn't previously discussed nor did he explain what type of medication he was administering to me. I feel I was given drugs after several requests to have a small prayer before surgery, which was critical to me as his patient. Dr. Stormo first placed a gas mask when I asked to pray the first time I felt violated with Dr. Stormo. He didn't display a real concern or care for me as a patient. I was not given an opportunity to understand the medications, side effects or post effects of the drugs given. When I later called to question several massive concerns after my surgery, which as a red mark on my forearm that clearly looked like an injection of some sort, he refused to… return my calls or even acknowledge my concerns. I later saw other unfavorable reviews online and was very alarmed that my surgeon had me in surgery with a man that had negative reviews by other patients and even one doctor. This experience was very scary for me, especially because Dr. Stormo is highly recommended.

He knows what he is doing and is very knowlegable.

Dr. Stormo has no interity and it is sad that the day of surgery you can not pick your anestigologist. I was druged up before a surgery, He did not ask me neither did he tell me that he was giving me the drug but took it upon hisself. His insurance company will back any lie that he makes...THIS GUY IS BAD NEWS AND CAN CAUSE DAMAGE COMING OUT OF SURGERY!!!

I was Waiting for 50 minutes. When I did see MD. Stormo he walked out. Standing by the door quarreling about an affair with a nurse. Very unprofessional. Did not follow up.

Dr Stormo did my preoperative evaluation prior to my surgery and was very informative and thorough. He took the time to explain everything and I felt more comfortable about my surgery once I met with him.
