Waiting time. 3 to 4 hours,is not acceptable, he is a googd doctor,but not that good to justify this long waiting time.he also has the most unorganized staff

Treats everyone with dignity,compasion and respect.Hard to find a Dr. so dedicated to his patients.He puts his work before himself and truly cares about everything he does.

very good doctor but makes you wait at least 3 to 4 hours in his office. He never shows up on time. A 3 pm visit and you will maybe get to see him at 6 pm.Stays in patients room WAY TOO LONG

Dr. Wallens is great - very knowlegeable, thorough, gives an accurate diagnosis, spends a lot of time with you, never rushes you - that's a problem though if you want to be out of the office in less than 3 hours - that's the average time it takes for a routine appointment including waiting time.

Dr. Wallens is great! Sometimes you have to wait a while but as soon as he comes into your room and shakes your hand, the wait was worth it. He has excellent bedside manners and spends quality time with all his patients! Most doctors lock the door at 4:00 but Dr. Wallens will continue to see patients until 10:00 p.m. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone. The care I have recieved there has been fantastic.

Both my husband and I have been with Dr Wallens for many years. He is an exceptional doctor. Two years ago I started getting ill quite often to the point that I thought I was going crazy. Dr. Wallens never gave up on me and after many tests he found that I had multiple myeloma. It was in an early stage and through the whole treatment he was there for me and still is, he continues to work with my doctors at Roswell. I think I am very lucky to have him as my doctor.
