Been a patient off and on over 30 years. (Only off when he wasn't on my insurance) Dr Welsh truly cares about his patients. Spends as much time as is necessary to ensure he and patient understand issue and treatment/ options. Yes, may have to wait awhile, but you get excellent care, correct diagnosis and staff that know your name. You can call him and be sure he will call you back.

Dr. Welsh is the best doctor I have ever had . He spends all the time you need to discuss your tests and drugs you are taking. He explains what a drug is for, and works on getting you well and keeping you well.

Although sometimes you wait for an hour or two to see Dr. Welch, he spends all the time you need explaining your problem, and never rushes you out. He has a great sense of humor, and is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is the best doctor I have ever had.

Dr. W. Is definitely worth the wait, he does not rush his patients, he listens and is very courteous! You would never see this doctor impatient with his patients .... 4 Stars!

Wait times are variable - sometimes over an hour - but depends on time of day. Get an early (really) morning and you shouldn't wait too long, but mid-morning onwards can be a crap-shoot BUT he always sees everyone and spends time and will fit in additional urgent cases. Has been our Dr. for over 12 years and it's worth the 35 mile drive and the wait for someone who is persistent, caring, knowledgeable and reliable, and who LISTENS to you! Sure beats a P.A. in urgent care who can't diagnose mono when it's staring them in the face! (True story!)
