Dr. Wind and his staff are outstanding, courteous and thorough. My knee surgery was a complete success with minimal recovery time. I highly recommend Dr. Wind and the UBMD Orthopaedic team!

Dr. Wind is an amazing surgeon. He evaluated me thoroughly, was very realistic about my likely outcomes (I had torn my ACL, MCL and PCL in my right knee so recovery was going to be difficult, long and less than 100% of where I had been, considering my age and physical fitness level) and direct about my level of responsibility in the process. He is articulate, polite, and gentle and provides explanations that are understandable to the layperson. The surgery went perfectly. I healed quickly and have continued to improve my range of abilities. Another person indicated that they had to repeat themselves and that he did not make eye contact – I did not have this experience; he always had my records available to him, I did not have to repeat anything and maintaining eye contact was not an issue. I have made multiple referrals to him based on my experience. Thank you Dr. Wind!!

I should've listened to the other reviews. My appointment was frightening. First, he barely made eye contact when I spoke with him, then I had to repeat my symptoms multiple times because he apparently has no memory, he didn't take any diagnostic tests of my injury (which turned out to actually be more serious than Dr. Wind thought -- wow, it's like taking an x-ray shows you injuries!!), and then to top it off his staff is really passive aggressive and unprofessional.

Dr. Wind is a very good surgeon. There was a lot of ease getting an appointment with him. His staff was polite and very helpful. His PA was very helpful with a specific issue I had and offered a variety of suggestions. Never had an issue and surgery was prompt and on time at the surgery center! I was so impressed with the work he did on my knee and his staff. Good Dr and staff!
