Dr. William Daniel Wood, MD

The patient was worse off when we left the office compared to when we came in. Dr. Wood ignored parsimony and common sense, in favor of following a course of action to cover himself, just in case of the worst possible scenario. It seemed like he was following a set of instructions from the corporate offices of Lee Health, rather than his own clinical assessment. I would not recommend this doctor.

Rather than listen, made a rash, subjective assessment and referral that caused a lot of stress and undue worry.

Dr. Wood spoke to my older child in a baby voice and talked down to me. He rushed in and out and his clinical impressions were not helpful. I am tired of this pediatric practice, because it is difficult to develop a trusted relationship with a doctor, when the PCP is never available for a sick visit.
