Dr. William Henry Wooldridge, MD

I shattered my heel and broke my ankle last March. Was admitted to UT Medical Center, Knoxville, TN. After 6 days in trauma center I was never seen by Dr. Oros, was seen by his PA, Heather. After being released from hospital, went once a month for 6 months to Dr. Oros office. He kept insisting that he visited me while I was admitted to the hospital. I told him he never sit foot in my hospital room. But he insisted that I was on so much pain medicine, I didn't remember. I informed Dr. Oros that I knew everyone that came to my room and my wife was with me my entire stay and she never saw him come into my room. Dr. Oros xray technician instructed me that she had her orders on what to xray and would not talk to Dr. Oros about about a knot on my calf. After foot xray technician started crying, when I wouldn't talk to her. When I met with Dr. Oros he wanted to know why the xray tech was crying. I asked him if he was a pyshcoligist or orotho Dr. and wanted to take care of his… xray tech or me. He informed me he was firing me as a patient and that I should find another Dr. I met with Ortho administrator and she upheld Dr. Oros and informed me that no Dr. under her would treat me. At this time I am still wearing a shoe 2 sizes larger than normal because of swelling and my foot is black on the outside and turns purple and swells if I stay on for any length of time. I feel like as a Dr., Mr. Oros has the bedside manner of a fence post. And I would not recommend him to my worse enemy. Dr. Oros kept saying everything was healing normally, but I have no ankle bone on the outside of my bad foot and still walk with a limp due to severe pain.
