This office should be shut down! I am receiving bills months after my visits stating my insurance is out of network, they let me keep coming in and never told me! Now the worst part..... I spent 2 months not able to walk while I waited on them. My foot became 100x worse than it was when I first went in there due to their incompetence. My first visit I had an ulcer treated, I was never given an antibiotic after the procedure and became deathly ill. After that I waited weeks to get into the infectious disease specialist, they referred me to. I received a phone call an hour before that visit telling me my insurance was not in network. I spent thousands on MRI and now visits my insurance did not cover, followed every direction they gave me, went to the MRI office they referred. My foot is now permanently disfigured and damaged. I can go on and on, I am currently seeking legal consultation and am posting this to help anyone considering this doctor office. BEWARE!

Went to the Kenosha office this morning for my foot care appointment. Wall to wall people. No possibility of social distancing! I just got up and told them I had to reschedule because I did not feel comfortable with so many people. But I will NOT be going back there!
