Dr. William Reignson Yu, MD

This nurse is a nightmare . I believe she is a racist. She doesn’t Like any black woman I know for sure. She will lie on and about your character and she will interrupt your medication schedule and then try to explain it away by saying I’m sorry. This awful nurse should never ever be allowed to work with Dr. Yu’s patients. She is a hot mess. Specifically, she doesn’t like that Dr yu is fair to all everyone blacks whites etc... if he treats a black woman really nice she gets angry and then will give them a hard time by not having their Pain meds or prescriptions ready on time. She will call ahead when you are sent to emergency room and say watch out the patient is combative so don’t treat them send them home or will write very nasty negative comments and then she call your employer or network with certain employers who don’t like you to give you a hard time. Dr yu I am so ashamed that you are connected to this fool woman. She is horrible and her acts of unkindness and downright… disrespectful ness to black patients is going to catch up with her. She should be fired immediately!!!

I really appreciate Dr. William Yu because he really LISTENS to what I have to say and works with me when I have issues. He explains things so I understand them and answers all my questions. His staff is great - they always are helpful and respond in a timely manner. Rarely have to wait long for an appointment. Highly recommend Dr. William Yu!

Dr. yu is ok but the staff are most unfriendly and rude people i have ever met.Getting appointment is difficultLong waitsstaff do not follow docto'r ordersstaf do not get back to you with test resultsDr, yu is ok but priorty care is terrible.
