Dr. William Zwack

Although Dr. Zwack seems competent enough, we didn't make it to the procedure day. The first visit started with the office staff calling us while we were on the way to the appointment asking "when we would be arriving". We were not late, so found that to be an odd question. Sadly, it was all negative from there. All interactions with office staff were unpleasant. A procedure was to be performed. A month later, no confirmation or date confirmed. They claimed they were waiting for the insurance to approve. Yet, I called the insurance company and they sent the approval three weeks before I called. I had to call three times for the woman in scheduling to get it set up. The third time she claimed that the paperwork just arrived that day...clearly a lie. Then they called for me to come in and sign the release forms. I go same day, knowing that they are so painfully slow (and rude) with patient contact. When I arrive they ask if I have an appointment to sign the papers. I… explained no...you just left a voicemail to come in and sign. I even played the voicemail. They explain that what she "meant" was to set up an appointment to sign. Of course, this was clearly not the message. So after MONTHS of waiting to have a single tooth removed, I left and went a different oral surgeon in town. WOW what a difference. I gave them ample time and they failed and were rude in the process. The tooth was out within a week after going to the other practice. Bottom line....go to Dr. Pitts. Better ALL AROUND.
