Dr. Willow Leaf Monterrosa, MD

My 16 month old was a brand new patient. She did not yet have his records from his previous pediatrician's office. She wanted to vaccinate him without knowing which vaccines he had already had. When I told her that she needs to wait until the records arrive. She and her nurse were both mean and nasty towards me after that. I couldn't believe that she would want to do that. I grew up in this doctors office since birth. My family and I loved all of the doctors. Keller, Zartman, Ryan, etc. As for the office and Dr. Monterrosa. She is a rude quack. We will NEVER go back to this office again.

I was in Alaska visiting my family and considering moving back to Alaska. I had my 14 month old son with me. I decided to take him to see Dr. Monterrosa. I saw doctors in this same office from birth until I became an adult. My little guy wasn't feeling well so I took him in and she diagnosed him with an ear infection and put him on antibiotics she then asked me to schedule a well baby check. We ended up going to that appointment. She did not yet have his medical records from his previous pediatrician's office. But, wanted to vaccinate him without any of that information. I told her no not until her office received his prior records. She and her nurse were nasty and mean after that. Needless to say I never took him back to that office again. I loved all of the older doctors that have long since retired. Hartman, Keller, Ryan, etc..

I will not be taking my son back to her ever. She is condescending and rude.

Best Doctor, and doctors office by far ever!!
