Dr. Wilsa Ms Charles Malveaux, MD

Dr. Malveaux is the 1st and only doctor I've ever spoken to for mental health help. She has absolutely changed my life and made my life happier and better and made me feel more optimistic about the future. She is kind and and caring and listens. I would recommend her to anyone I love.

I'm very thankful for Dr. Malveaux. After seeing other psychiatrists who failed to find the right regimen, Dr. Malveaux was a nice surprise. She's clinical, but warm and willing to try different medications/combinations until it's right for you. I now have that and can't thank her enough!

Dr. Malveaux was the best at getting my medication correct to relieve my anxiety and depression. Not only that she is helping me with other issues I have. As you know going to someone when you have anxiety and depression is very scary but Dr. Malveaux was very kind to me. It took me years to get the nerve up to call for an appointment but I am so glad I did. I feel so much better.

I needed to switch psychiatrist to simply refill my prescriptions. After two sessions, she misdiagnosed me with three additional disorders and put me on immediate medication which made my symptoms much more severe. I got second and third opinions and they confirmed that her diagnoses were incorrect and the medication she suggested was inappropriate for my disorders. She provided no explanation for her diagnoses. I went to her to manage my previous treatments and she made me worse.

Dr Malveaux is a first rate psychiatrist! I was having difficulty with chronic insomnia and irritable moods and now I am sleeping and feeling better than ever. She also took me off some medications that were not good for me long term and switched me to a conservative regimen that really works. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr has been very patient working with my 89 year old Mother. She's thorough and had great suggestions every visit. The best thing was getting her off bad meds and onto one nighttime med that gave her her appetite back. She is no longer cloudy other than normal age related issues. Thanks!
