Dr. Wilson S Yap Pueying, MD

sadly I haven't gotten to meet the dr. My sons doc left her practice and we received notice that Dr. Pueying would see her patience if we wanted to contact them. I've called more than one time and left a message on the fact I'm trying to establish a dr for my son with no return call from his office staff. His staff is not much to be impressed by with their lack of returning a call.

Dr Yap Pueying has our family doctor or or 20 years. He is the most caring doctor I have ever come in contact with. He takes time with you, makes sure you understand what he is telling you. In my option he is the best doctor you could ever want to treat you and your family.

Dr. Yap Pueying, has been our family doctor for years, he is very dedicated to his patients both in his office and in the hospital. we would recommend doctor Yap Pueying to anyone seeking medical services. he also has a great staff working in his office.

He is the most rude doctor I have ever went to. I ended up in tears and left his office! He treated me like he didnt believe anything I said and brushed everything off by saying "you'll have to learn to live with it." I had just been in a serious car accident and sustained severe whiplast, back pain, additional knee pain and wrist issues. I also had an ultrasound done to see if a certain medication had damaged my kidneys. After not getting a response back about the test I called and was told by staff that it came out ok. I scheduled an appt for another issue and it was then that I was told that I have stage 3 renal failure! I have needed knee replacements on both knees for yrs and when I asked if I could have him fill-out the paperwork for a handicap sticker, he said no that I can walk. (that was my 4th visit with him...he only saw me walk from the waiting room to exam room, he had no idea and no concern that after walking for any length...I struggle. I cannot walk without some form of… pain med and/or Tylenol and it only helps alittle. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE...HE DOESNT CARE AND HE CERTAINLY DOES NOT LISTEN. I told him that he expects me to trust him, and that he had to trust me....nothing!

I've had a moderate cough for the past 3 months. As my insurance was accepted by him, I decided to give him a try. The staff was somewhat courteous except for the receptionist who seemed more interested in doing her nails than helping patients. When we sat down, surprise, no one else was there, so we got in in about 10 minutes. A nurse called me back(you know, standard procedure), and the doctor met with me about 5 minutes after that. I thought "Hmm, they're pretty speedy, hopefully their quality is as good as their speed." He asked me a few questions "What seems to be the problem, how long has this been happening" etc etc etc. He asked "Do you have allergies" I said "Yes, I have hay fever, which only kicks up during the summer." He told me "Well, this could be the problem, you see, as its getting cold out, your allergies might kick up, they're called "cold-induced allergies" Its not very common though" I told him "Sir, hay fever is strictly a summer allergy, it only happens when the… pollen in the air irritates my airways, and it doesn't cause whats happening to me right now" He told me "It can happen." So I just accepted his diagnosis. He told me to take a nasal spray(doesn't make any sense, seeing as its in the bottom of my throat/entrance to my lungs, but I'm not a physician, he is) and told me to take allergy pills. Neither have worked, and its been almost a month. I got another opinion on this, and that doctor told me there is no such thing as "cold-induced allergies" and that he either misdiagnosed me or he doesn't know what he's doing. I went to two other doctors, and they all said the same thing.Long story short, he's clearly rusty on his allergy reactions, and needs to go back to school.Plus, ITS WINTER OUT, ALL THE PLANTS ARE DEAD.DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR IF YOU HAVE RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS!
