Fantastic Doctor

Dr Constable is a very nice doctor. Very personable, and seems to care and pay attention. She has good plans to get you to lose weight. The problem I have with her is the following: She sells weight loss bars and says that they are specifically made for her. She charges cash for them. They are in fact not made for her and you can purchase the exact same stuff on bariatric websites for cheaper. She has protein drinks that are 4.00 each when they can be bought for 1.25 each. She sells weight loss diet pills that are available by most prescription plans for minimal copay. She charges 30-40 dollars for the month supply and would pay 5 or 10 dollar copay if it was written as a prescription. When confronted about the bars and their availability cheaper elsewhere she doubled down and said they are specific for her and that I needed to buy hers. She also charges cash for her visits and does not bill insurance. She mentions that there are no physicians that can see patients for… medical weight loss and have it be covered. This is simply not true. In summary, I really like the doctor but if you have no worry about money in the world. Otherwise, she really takes advantage of people financially. This is unlike anything I have ever seen by any other physician. In my opinion this is not ethical. I would not recommend seeing her for this reason.

She seems nice but a robber in a white coat. She sells bars that you can buy online saying they are her own. She sells things you can buy at Costco and Sam’s club for a 1/4 if the price she charges. She doesn’t tell you meds are covered by your insurance as well as weight loss doctors are covered by most appointments she just charges full price and doesn’t bill any insurances. Truly unethical if you ask me. Be honest about what you are doing.

I accompanied a family member to their appointment with this doctor. The first appointment she charged $325 for a 15 minute consult. When we arrived for the follow up appointment schedueld at 6pm the waiting room was full of people and the receptionist informed us that there were 5 more people in front of us who still had not been seen. When we asked how this was possible she I informed us that the doctor schedules people every 15 minutes and often gets very far behind. This is the most unprofessional and unethical thing I have ever witnessed from a health care professional. It is very obvious that she cares less a lot the people she is treating and more about making as much money as possible from as many people as she can. This physician should be ashamed of herself.

Dr Constable has the most balanced, effective approach to helping a patient lose weight. She works with me, not against me, helping me set realistic objectives concerning my diet and my fitness that I can achieve. I have lost a lot of weight thank to her balanced, natural approach. It works!

The doctor was great, no rushing with the visit. Through in the initial visit with question session, and I had a list for her. She took her time and listened to my answers and continued to question me till she and I was comfortable with the outcome. I feel that I will be able to relax and trust in her care.

I went into her weight loss program. I have lost 55 lbs so far, I don't take any medication, and I don't buy any processed or boxed food. I only eat real food that I buy in the grocery store. I am so grateful to her for, for the first time in my life I don't feel trapped in a body with no way out. She is a great doctor, and I really appreciate her kindness and support.
