Dr. Polen is so skilled and knowledgable and has a compassionate and supportive bedside manner. She didn't rush our visit, answered my questions and explained everything very clearly. I'm not great with needles and while Dr. Polen performed a stereotactic biopsy on my breast, I started to faint twice. The assisting Dr. or nurse had ice and juice at the ready and they both provided kind support to get me through the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Polen!

Dr. Polen is incredible. I have been to hundreds of doctors over the years and had a complicated history. She reviewed my entire chart while in the office (something no other specialist had done). She focused on the whole picture, rather than just her specialty and actually seemed interested in helping me and listening to how I ended up in her office. She took the time to explain everything fully including past tests. She is kind and compassionate and incredibly intelligent. She follow's up promptly with any test results and I trust her fully.

Dr Polen is knowledgeable, personable, and kind. She always takes time to put me at ease and talk at length about my health. I can't say enough nice things about her. I highly recommend her.

They found something on my mammogram but no one really told me what was going on. Saw Dr Polen and she explained nicely. Although I need more tests, at least I have a plan!

The doctor explained what was going on and what she was going to do. It is a wonderful change from my other doctors who just tell me to go get millions of tests!

I just got diagnosed with breast cancer! I went to see Dr Polen for a second opinion. She told me the good and the bad which I appreciate. I know there are people out there in worse situations. I just need to know what to expect

I needed a breast surgeon for my mother and I read through her reviews. I finally met her and the reviews are right! She explained everything very nicely. And I just found out that she is now affiliated with MD Anderson Cancer Center which is the #1 cancer center in the US so I know we're in great hands!
