I love the whole team all the doctors they are so nice and supportive and professional I love them all if you are having problems with your G.I please go to them they do the best to get you better they truly care about their patients I am so happy I got them in my health journey

Dr. Szeto was very friendly and professional it made me at ease with my upcoming procedure

This was my first time seeing Dr. Szeto and I was surprised that she is a woman cause I thought she was a he. I had anxiety so very bad it was through the roof. She made me feel so comfortable talking to me about everything that I wanted to talk about and she answered my questions perfectly. She made me feel good and when I started to cry she comforted me and calmed me down and told me that everything was going to be OK. I just thank my God and her .

Dr Szeto & the team were very professional My anxiety was very high, as I was not sure the prep I drank did its job.Dr Szeto assured me she would take a look and if I she was not able to do the procedure, I would be able to repeat the prep and return the following day.Thankfully all went well. Also wanted to mention I don’t do well with Ives because my veins roll, another reason for my anxiety.First try was unsuccessful second try was and I did not even feel it. Everyone was extremely personable and kind.The anesthesiologist was also a huge help to put my mind at ease, going to sleep was the best!! Thank you to all involved in my care:)

Dr. Szeto is super nice and was easy to talk to; however (even though she is clearly very intelligent), she dismissed a few of my existing diagnoses because they were made by a functional doctor and didn't fit within in the constructs of conventional western medicine (a common issue with most western docs). She does not seem open to alternative approaches, or at least (if she is open), it seems like she doesn't believe in the success rates of a natural approach -- which is too bad, because her intelligence would serve her well with taking a more holistic approach with her patients. She also prescribed a medication for me (to heal some peptic ulcers) that would have made my existing conditions (intestinal permeability) worse, if I had moved forward with taking them (PPIs), which thankfully, I didn't. I tried them for 2 weeks and they caused me way more stomach pain and caused my (existing) tinnitus to go off the charts. I was able to heal my ulcers naturally, using diet, lifestyle… changes and supplements (aloe, DGL, zinc carnosine, etc.). Last, my actual endoscopy was performed very well by her... no issues; however, it triggered a nasty autoimmune response in me, which lasted for almost 3 months. Not her fault at all, but I was never informed this was a possibility and now that I know, I will pass on future procedures until I get my AI conditions under control.

While her mannerism is excellent, I find she does not follow up with patient with test results. Does not seem to care about solving health problems.
