Dr. Cobbs is the only thing that keeps me coming back. He is caring, personable, and spends lots of time with each patient. His office staff on the other hand is rude, incompetent (sending me a bill and stubbornly insisting that I'm not covered under my insurance despite the fact that we uncovered a clerical error on her part), and impatient. When I call to schedule an appointment she makes me feel as if I'm imposing.I've been on the market for another general practitioner and will make the switch as soon as I find one with similar qualities to Dr. Cobbs and a more pleasant staff.

THIS DOCTOR, IS ARROGANT SELF CENTERED AND ONLY WANTS MONEY, I FOUND HE HAS CURRENTLY SIX PENDING LAWSUITS AGAINST HIM, IF I KNEW THIS I WOULD HAVE NOT ACCEPTED A REFFERAL TO SEE HIM. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK WHEN LOOKING FOR A DOCTOR.

Dr. Cobbs was a caring well-respected person when I first met him, but over the years the operation of his office has declined and that makes it impossible for me to return to the practice. When I am sick, I can never count on reaching anyone to discuss my problem. I was even advised to go to the ER once when the doctor was in. It's unfortunate because I live in the neighborhood and now I am forced to look for someone else who will be further away from my home. I would not recommend him to others.
