WHEN I CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. JUST ONE PROBLEM AND IT WAS MINE. MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO THE OFFICE AT THE APPOINTED TIME BUT THE WRONG DAY. THE WOMAN BEHIND THE DESK POLITELY INFORMED US THAT WE WEREN'T DUE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY BUT IF WE WANTED TO WAIT SHE WOULD ATTEMPT TO GET US IN WHEN A DOCTOR WAS AVAILABLE. HOWEVER, IT MAY NOT BE THE SAME DOCTOR WE ORIGINALLY REQUESTED. THAT WAS NOT A PROBLEM. WE DO NOT MIND WAITING, AFTER ALL THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE WITH PROBLEMS AS WELL. IN THE MEANTIME, A TODDLER, ABOUT 4 YRS. OLD, BECAME ILL. AND WAS UPCHUCKING IN THE WAITING ROOM. I NEVER SAW SUCH CARING AND CONCERN FROM ALL THE WOMEN BEHIND THE DESK. THERE WERE PAPER TOWELS, WASH CLOTHS AND COMFORTING WORDS FOR THIS CHILD AS IF SHE WERE THEIR OWN. NO HARSH WORDS TELLING HER FATHER TO TAKE HER ELSE WHERE. THEY JUST CATERED TO THIS LITTLE ONE WHO WAS QUIETLY BEING SICK IN THE WAITING ROOM. AS IF THAT… WEREN'T ENOUGH CONCERN ONE RECEPTIONIST ASSURED THE LITTLE GIRL THAT SHE WOULD BE TAKEN IN TO SEE THE DOCTOR - THAT WAS AFTER CHECKING WITH CONCERNED LOOKS AT ALL OF US WAITING - THAT IT WOULD BE OKAY. NATURALLY, NO ONE COMPLAINED AND THE LITTLE ONE WAS TAKEN INTO A ROOM. THE WOMEN THEN CONTINUED TO CLEAN UP THE WAITING ROOM THEMSELVES. AS TO MY HUSBAND AN I, WE WERE EVENTUALLY TAKEN IN TO SEE DR. MOY. THE RECEPTIONIST KEPT APOLOGIZING FOR THE LENGTH OF TIME WE WAITED - WHICH WAS NOT THAT LONG. I TOLD HER "IT WAS COMPLETELY MY FAULT FOR COMING ON THE WRONG DATE AND WE APPRECIATED BEING ALLOWED TO WAIT INSTEAD OF HAVING TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. WE WENT IN TO SEE DR. MOY WHO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ASKED WHAT BROUGHT MY HUSBAND IN TO SEE HIM, LOOKED AT THE AREA IN QUESTION AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO. I ASKED SEVERAL QUESTIONS WHICH HE ANSWERED WITHOUT ANY HESITATION. AS HE DID EACH PROCEDURE HE EXPLAINED WHAT IT WAS FOR AND WHY. AT THE END HE ASSURED US THAT REGARDLESS OF THE RESULTS IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. HE DID SUGGEST AN ADDITIONAL CHECK UP WHICH WE BOTH AGREED TO AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE CHECKING OUT. I ALSO HAVE SKIN PROBLEMS AND I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM OR ANY OF THE OTHER DOCTORS THERE. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENT THESE PHYSICIANS TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Excellent and gentle technique, a patient and friendly doctor who took time to listen to my problems and followed up with a concerned phone call after hours making sure my problem had resolved. Friendly and helpful office staff too. Thanks.

Enjoyed meeting Dr. Moy. Excellent command of English and was easily able to describe his diagnoses in laymen's terms. I highly recommend.

I had a mole that I wanted to have it removed. I was really scared arriving Dr. Moy's office to have this done. He was very reassuring, caring and explained clearly on what he was going to do that really helped to reduce my anxiety. Using a technique that he has been practicing for years, the mole was shaved off with no Novacaine shot, no bleeding and minor discomfort. I was very pleased!

Every doctor has a few unhappy patients, those are the characters who want to go on line to tell the world. The happy patients tend to quietly recommend the doctors to his/her family and friends. I saw Dr. Moy for acne problem. He clearly explained this condition to me and candidly analysed the reasons why there's no magic treatment, so that I don't have any unrealistic expectation. He encouraged me that something still can be done to help, and instructed all the management principles I need to know.He was conscientious on the cost effectiveness of medications he prescribed for me, and for the follow up visits. My primary care physician told me that every patient he referred to Dr. Moy 's happy with his service, and I am glad that he did.

I am currently a medical student and I have to say that I am very disappointed with his bedside manner, courtesy, professionalism, etc. I went in with acne problem and I still recall very clearly that he said to me, "you are not going to be a model." I am not going back to him at all. I do not need a doctor that lack the caring for his patients.

Dr Moy did not completely examine my elderly mother's skin condition, showed very little interest in helping her.Her skin has always been her pride and joy and she has been suffering from itchy bumps. He did not even shine a light on her face.His cold, uncaring attitude was the same as I remember from over 20 years ago when I went to him as a patient -once.He was like a walking ice cube then too. If I had known my mother had been referred to him, I would have advised her not to go. He should retire with all the money he does NOT earn with good patient care.
