Scott Webster is a disgrace to Baylor hospital and tha medical field My wife died under his care Webster told her she needed her bladder removedand agreed to do her surgery. Hscheduled it for 8 weeks out We begged him to do the surgery sooner because she was in so much PAIN he refused and she passed away 4 weeks before her surgeryThing twice before you let this excuse of a Doctor treat you are your family

If you are really ill, call another doctor.

It's been a long time since I've been this disappointed with a doctor and his staff. I was rushed in and rushed out even faster. There's really not much more to say beyond that. The doctor was in for MAYBE 2 minutes, rarely made eye contact, and while reading the chart, added in two symptoms I did not have. I was given little to no information regarding x-ray results, and I had to ask the nurse for results of my urine sample. Unnecessary tests were ordered and further not warranted. If you have a "herd mentality" and you don't care how you're treated and/or about the final outcome, then this is the place for you. It's really incredible a practice in a major city with so many gifted doctors, can do no better by their patients than this. I noted a thread of "similar" comments by previous reviewers. This practice is so large, that we often get sucked in by the thought, "they must be really good, because they are so big" In the end, it's simply impersonal and I dare say the entire lot of… doctors are probably as apathetic as the one I saw. Bigger is not better! Better is better! And one can certainly do better than this. Keep on and move on!

Spent two minutes with my mom. Was going to put her through a two hour procedure then surgery. She will be 87 next month. What? Don't think he even looked at the scan we brought. When I tried to question him, he talked over me. My gut told me to get her a second opinion. So we did. Discovered the kidney in question was something she was now with. The second urologist said surgery could have been fatal for her. Nothing was needed to be done. Wow! I've come to believe that Baylor and its doctors are a surgery and procedure factory . It's all about the money. And how much they can squeeze out of each patient. Trust your instincts. When it doesn't seem right, back away and get a second opinion. It might just save your life or your loved one's.
