As the doctor came in she had addressed herself who she was and spoke a little bit about the summary of my issues where she had already acknowledged and looked over and she listened to me and my concerns and told me she would work on my case right away attention I needed a prior authorization she was very good she understood everything that I was speaking to her about made me feel so relaxed
