Had a 4:30 appointment and did not get seen until 7 p.m. even though the office closes at 5 p.m. Dr. spent maybe 5 minutes with me. Ordered an xray for my stomach problem. Never heard from him again. Had to get results myself. Received no follow up treatment recommendations. If you have an appointment with Dr. Jo, CANCEL IT. I will NEVER go back to this doctor. Steve, Redlands

The staff was helpful and friendly . My appointment was 3:15 and there was approx 20 people that was going to be seen by Dr Won . Around 4:30 I complained to the girl in the front office and she said the Dr always double books and to tell the Dr that I wasn't happy . I was seen shortly after that only to wait in a back office for another 10 mins . The Dr came in and was with me for around a min . And directed me to another girl to get a perscription and said someone will call me for my procedure in two months .

Went here for first time, needed help, got rude front desk receptionist, waited over 45 minutes for 10 min "consult" statement questioning my pain level and history of past illness questioned, seriously? Need to find better specialist in local area, not going back here, bad experience .....really really disappointed why did my primary send me here,are they friends?????????? Pain never addressed, not even recommendation to help me.....
