Dr. Woodley Bernadette Mardy Davis, MD

I have struggled with an injury after a fall and the associated pain. I put my trust in this doctor to help me try and fix this injury and help me with the pain and she essentially deceived me. She had no intention to help me and instead took it upon herself to label me an addict and treated me for and as such. She did however continue to take my money instead of talking to me and letting me know that she did not believe me. She did no physical exam. Her assumptions and lack of care has me suffering and far more depressed than this chronic pain ever caused. The addiction medicine she put me on had me at times violently ill. When I told her of the side effects I was experiencing, the most troublesome being vomiting and the inability to urinate, she looked at me in disbelief and stated that no one had ever experienced such effects from that medicine before. I ended up in the ER because of those side effects and she claimed she couldn't find the visit. I'd be happy to send her… that bill. What happened to that hippocratic oath...?

Office staff is horrific and barely understandable!!! They make huge billing and insurance mistakes and then harass you to pay full balance when you don't owe amount they state (and they refuse treatment). They can't even find past payments you've made. Follow-up appointments are made by them - and you are not notified. "Judy" has audacity to try to get your checking routing number and account number to force your (not due) payment - ILLEGAL, ILLEGAL, ILLEGAL. Office operates with "Debt Collector" mentality. Great place if you're addicted to Opioids. If you want professional, quality care - go elsewhere, there's too many options to put up with this practice!!! Sole opinion of (former) patient.

The clinic is clean and modern. The staff are very helpful. They even made sure my insurance would cover my medication before I left the office. Lastly, Dr. Davis is very attentive. She must have spent an hour with me going over my history and medications. I have had this pain for a long time and no one could help me until I saw her. My 5 year old pain was gone in one week after seeing Dr. Davis.

I went to many doctors and she was the first one to help. She spent time listening to me which I think helped make me better. When the other doctors were just giving medications, Dr. Davis got to the root of the problem and made it better.
