Dr. Wydell Lawrence Williams, MD

Dr. Williams made me feel comfortable and safe about my upcoming surgery. He is also very pleasant with a great Staff. They took good care of me.

Dr Williams removed my gallbladder. I had complications of MS. He did a great job overseeing the surgery as well as complex MS reaction to surgery. He aligned the right people at the right time for excellent full care needs. He was a solid listener, as well as explaining step by step procedures.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Williams. Although I waited 30+ minutes on the initial visit, Dr Williams was worth the wait. Follow up visit ran like clockwork. Great bedside manner, friendly, and never felt rushed (like most Dr's). He came highly recommended due to his experience and longevity in his field.

Long wait, Dr. Was not interested in my tumor. Suggested I. Go elsewhere since I had implant. Waste of valuable time! He was blank, distracted and sullen. Why would anyone see this Dr. a second time is beyond me.

I was told to come in early to do paperwork, ended up waiting 1 1/2 hours. Patients were not taken in order, was not advised there would be a delay. Front desk wasn't too nice. Once I got into the office the nurse was nice. For all the dr talked to me, he could have just called me on the phone. He wanted me to have surgery, but his office didn't call me within the stated 5 days, now 2 weeks later, I am looking for a new doctor. VERY UNHAPPY and a waste of my time!!

I went for an appt. about a tumor type growth. I thought his MA wascurt. While the Dr. had even less manners. I was told he could do my minor surgery, but opt rather to watch it & reschedule for a follow up. Meanwhile, I have scheduled with another surgeon after I read his reviews & recent malpractice lawsuits.

I CAN'T BELIEVE ONLY 1 OTHER PERSON WROTE A REVIEW OF DR. WILLIAMS AND I CAN'T UNDERSTAND HOW THAT PERSON RATED HIM ONLY FAIR.I WAS REFERRED TO DR. WILLIAMS DUE TO A POLYP IN THE COLON WHICH THE DOCTOR WHO HAD PERFORMED THE COLONOSCOPY DID NOT WANT TO REMOVE. DR. WILLIAMS EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT THE OPERATION WOULD ENTAIL AND THE TYPES OF PROBLEMS THAT COULD ARISE DURING A BOWEL RESECTION. DR. WILLIAMS OPERATED ON ME AND THE ONLY SURPRISE WAS THAT THE INSISION SITE WAS SO LARGE. EVERY DAY I WAS HOSPITALIZED DR. WILLIAMS OR ONE OF HIS ASSOCIATES VISITED ME IN THE HOSPITAL. TWO WEEKS AFTER THE SURGERY DR. WILLIAMS FOUND A HOLE THAT HAD OPENED UP. HE ARRANGED FOR ME TO HAVE SURGERY THAT DAY AND INSTALLED A WOUND VAC.i WAS HOSPITALIZED A WEEK LATER DUE TO ASKIN INFECTION NEAR THE WOUND SITE. DR. WILLIAMS HAD
