Can't understand him. Was on the phone my entire visit! Rude staff! Don't recommend!

Best PediatricianI I have encountered. Warm personal touch and genuinely cares about patients. As a parent you know you are not getting "out of the book" answers but know he has taken the time to see your child and what issues are specific to them. He has a great sense of humor and keeps parents expectations realistic. Very happy with my experience with him. room for improvement might be his office staff forgets to follow up with special requests.

DR COTADA IS A VERY GOOD DR BUT HIS STAFF IS UNFRIENDLY. STAFF HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I've been taking my children to Dr. Cortada for approximately 8 years and have been very happy. He's great at diagnosing and is a very caring doctor. As my children are a little older, I like that he talks directly to them when examining them. He has a great bedside manner! He easily puts the kids at ease and they actually don't mind going to the doctor. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

On the day of our appointment, the doctor had schedule 3 other newborns at the same time! I literally mean the same time. Everyones appointment was scheduled at 3:30. So we had to wait while he checked the other newborns while we had our son in nothing but his diaper freezing cold. The in the middle of him checking the patients, we over heard him on his cell checking up on his golf game. He also has gone so far as to tell us not to call him if we think somethings wrong. Only if he has a fever. I'm sorry but if i think somethings wrong i would like to be able to call my doctor with my concerns. The follow up appointment was scheduled without even asking us if we were available. We're definantly looking for a new pediatrician.

dr cortada is excellent. he is a little hard to understand at first, but he's hilarious! he knows what he's talking about and doesn't give the impression that 'it might be this...or this, or that' i love how he takes the time to sit down and explain things at babies' well visits. he gives you papers to take home to read over to be prepared. dr cortada is wonderful, and i'm not planning on swiching pediatricians for a long time!!!
