Dr. Xiaoxia Zhang, MD

Dr. Zhang and her staff are friendly and efficient. I saw her for four years while I lived in Queens and she was always a great care provider. She is fast to give referrals to specialist if you need them as well.

I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. Dr Zhang is a great doctor. Super nice and friendly. And the receptionists do know English! And they were really quick with processing my insurance. The office is very clean and the doctor has the latest equipment.

Staff tells you to come in for appointment and calls everyday and just makes you sit there even if the line is long. Doctor tells u to take tests without proper evidence of illness.staff scedules appointments with other doctor without consultation.

Expect to educate the staff on procedures regarding everything from basic doctor visit protocols to insurance procedures. The staff was utterly incompetent. Like most doctors offices in Flushing, the staff hardly spoke English and had absolutely no manners. The little work they did do was done incorrectly. When you try to approach them with constructive feedback, they were condescending and did not even hear you out.If you're looking for a pleasant doctor's visit and want efficient staff and a medical provider that is truly concerned in your well being, do not bother doing to this doctor. It's no surprise there is hardly a wait at any given day of the week.
