I had only seen her 2 times. After she ran some bloodwork on me, one area came back as a problem. She never contacted me about this problem and even after I put my concern in MyChart, she still didn’t respond. I had to call the office twice to bring this to her attention. I had to go out of town for an emergency for my daughter and didn’t take enough medication to cover my 3 week stay with her. I called the office 3 days in a row to ask for some to be sent to the pharmacy near the hospital. She never got back with me so my husband had to drive 4 hours to deliver my medicine. I do not recommend Dr Layton as a primary care provider.

Have been a patient for a while and I’ve never had such terrible nonexistent communication from a Dr. They take weeks to respond to messages, calls or voicemails, and that’s only after sending multiple messages or calling multiple times. I’m still waiting on a referral they said they’d send 6 weeks ago. Dr Layton is great in person but not worth the lack of communication.
