Dr. Xuanjing Zhou, MD

The office is terrible. If you have an urgent matter (but not quite ER worthy) they will make zero effort to see you, leaving you to go to the ER where your cardiologist will tell them what to do anyway. The callback service MIGHT return your call, and if they do, it’s numerous hours later. Several times my prescriptions were not faxed in a timely matter. This office is so poorly run. As for Dr. Zhou, she is very friendly and sweet so I feel bad about writing this review. But she did not inform me of all my treatment options regarding my diagnosis and put me on the lowest dose of a beta blocker. I later found out that I needed at least 3 other medications on top of that. My condition became worse because I had not been on proper treatment so my life was put in danger and I ended up in the hospital for a week. For that, I cannot recommend this doctor unless you are dealing with something very minor.

Listens carefully, provides clear and concise diagnosis & instructions. Easy to converse with, and is very caring.
