Dr. Xun Mao, MD

He has gotten so busy that he never returns a phone call. This dr./person has no medical knowledge at all. lowest quality Dr. and staffs. Sometimes he would make bully of my son talking and I have to jump in and stop him .showing respect. One time I told my son not to worry he was 5 and speak better than him who was a “doctor” in front of him He just got out of the room and leave. been having this doctor for 13years for my son since he was born, my son It’s a very healthy boy, he hardly gets sick but when he does Dr Mao always says "its normal" he don’t need any antibiotics he said “no need for medication” not even Tylenol concerns don't get answered. I just go home and give my home remedies. and I finally got enough up I just changed doctors today and the other doctor actually told me about everything he answer my questions that Dr Maooooo said was "normal" was not????. Dr. is fine, but they have the lowest quality staffs there.

He needs a nurse | show details I was refereed to him by his wife, she is my OB/GYN. I don't like the doctor. He is never available after hours. Only issue is that recently he has gotten so busy that he never returns a phone call. He does not have a nurse and front desk person has no medical knowledge at all. So either you see him again and again or your concerns don't get answered.

been having this doctor for 9 months for my son since he was born and i finally got fed up, my son has had bruise looking marks on his arms and back and dr mao always says "is normal" and i just changed doctors today and the other doctor actually told me about everything that doctor maoo said was "normal" was not him and dr zhou are the worst doctors they just check what you say is wrong and leave and say its normal dont go with dr.mao as your chils doctor or dr.zhou as your ob-gyn they dont care about nothing as long as they get paid

My son has been Dr. Mao's patient for almost 2 years. When we were there, he always spent enough time with us. I usually write down those questions that I would like to ask him before there. He is very patience,courtesy and kindness. The important thing I believe is that his accuracy in diagnosing a problem. For example, my son got fever and stuffed nose several days. He told me that it was virus and my son didn't have to take anything. Then, I believed Dr. Mao's diagnosis and my son recovered.

he never explains what is going on with my son. he just does what has to be done for that appointment and thats it. i want to know why my son shakes in his sleep but he never gives me a complete answer.

Dr. Mao is a great Dr. he has helped me with both of my children. The first being very complicated. He pretty much has helped with whatever he needs( my son), tries his best to figure out my little inigma ( he is special needs). So it was scary at first to have a child like i do but to have a dr. listen to what i have to say, is hard especially in the medical center, but with Dr. Mao it's not. He asks questions and makes sure they are healthy. The office i think needs better staff but Dr. is great :)
