Dr. Yael Tobi Harris, MD

Dr. Harris spent a lot of time with me, listened to me and explained everything very clearly. She is nonjudgmental and reassuring.

I found doctor harris to be knowledgeable about her field and willing to spend time with both patient and family members to explain things in a manner which we could understand. I highly recommend this doctor!!!!

I had a very difficult time getting a call back. I left several messages, but I had no response. I only had several excuses why I wasn't called back. I gave them sufficient amounts of time to contact me back but heard nothing. I felt like I had to beg her office to get back to me with some test results. It was made clear to me by their actions that they could NOT care less how long I had to wait. This lack of empathy really reverberated each time I was able to actually speak to a live person. Her staff made me feel like once they had their patient's money, their job was done. Also, I have never had to leave messages so many times to a doctor's office and not be able to speak to a live person. Her office's behavior and courtesy was severely lacking. I would never recommend this doctor to a friend or family member. I believe that this doctor must do a complete make-over of her medical office and teach people a little humanity to patients with medical problems.

I would highly recommend! Doctor spent time with me, listened to what I had to say and responded with patience and intelligence. She also gave me her full attention over the phone when describing test results She very clearly knows her field and cares about her patients. A+ rating!!!!

I can't say enough about this doctor. She has such a calm and patient style. I also appreciate that she spends time on the phone explaining my lab results in a clear way, not making me come in for an appointment, like my old doctor did. It's a breath of fresh air to find such a caring doctor!

i was sent for a test by her - the test resulted in a MASS in my thyroid! She then called me and said that I was not in her network with insurance WHAT? AND bagged on me HORRIBLE!!! She totally could care less!!!

Overall a bad experience and to make matters worse i wasnt told she was out of network so i ended up with a bill for over $500
