Dr. Yahya John Talieh, MD

Dr. Talieh is an amazing surgeon. He listens to his patients and families with a caring ear, setting proper expectations. He performed nothing short of a miracle on my mother 4 years ago, who is still alive today thanks to his skills and knowledge.

My father, a stroke victim, was evaluated by Y. Talieh for esophageal adenocarcinoma. During this visit he gave us a dianosis not of adenocarcinoma but of a precancerous lesion and recommended referral to Davis for cryoablation. A month and a half later we are still waiting for the consultation report and there has been no referral anywhere for my father. Would never ever recommend this physician.

Dr was very egotistical - he kept saying nothing he did during surgery could cause all the complications I had following surgery. Got angry with me when I asked him to refer me to someone else, for example SF Medical or Stanford Medical. Would never recommend to anyone
