After my initial visit with Dr. He I experienced the following unprofessional behavior from the staff: 1. Never called to schedule folow-up appt. After 3 weeks I called to schedule. 2. Never did a reminder call to me, for either appointment. I called them the day before while their policy is they call you 2 days prior. 3. Day of my 2nd (and final) appointment staff called me to say my appointment needs to be rescheduled because they do not have my lab work. It is their responsibility to call DAYS PRIOR to an appointment if they do not have what the Dr. needs for an appointment. The office mgr tried to put it on the lab, doesn't matter, staff is required in ALL offices to ensure they are in receipt of what is needed. I did labs more than 5 wk's prior to follow-up appointment, it is not the Dr.'s responsibility to ensure they have labs, it is the STAFF's responsibility. 4. The person who called to tell me my appt. needed to be rescheduled was asked to transfer me to the office manager… but instead, muted my call, then hung up. The FCC charges businessed a $10,000 fine for hanging up on customers, any business should realize that's unacceptable behavior. She called me and if it was an accident, she would have called back, not doing so tells me she's culpable in part or whole for the unacceptable behavior with the staff. The office manager argued vs. take responsibility. Since they obviously do not value their patients I would discourage anyone from going to Pacific Nephrology. Too many other nephrology specialists in the area to pay anyone to disrepect you and your time. Go to someone else who will value you and have professional staff.

Dr. He is always positive, caring and very good at taking care of her patients. Been a patient for quite a while and have nothing but good experiences with her.

My dad was referred to Dr. He from his primary doctor. My parents noticed right away Dr. He's caring attitude. They felt at ease and trusted her completely. I loved the way she took the time to explain to my dad what was happening to him and made it all very simple and easy for him to comprehend. She was very proactive with Dad's care. We appreciated her daily hospital visits to check in on my dad. She has a wonderful bedside manner. Thank you for everything Dr. He!
