Dr. Yakov Ryabov, MD

I have only been with Dr. Ryabov and his staff for less than a year and they have been incredibly difficult to work with - besides working less than half of a full work-week so they are almost impossible to contact and hear back from, his staff is rude and unwilling to hear patients frustrations with their inability to meet a standard of quality. They didn't do their job correctly for me when I visited to get a pre-authorization on my medication. Now I'm going to either have to pay an exorbitant amount of money for the prescription from an out of network psychiatrist or skip it until I can make an appointment with Dr Ryabov... I am beyond frustrated with their lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with me to fix their mistake.

Dr. Ryabov is from the old school and new school--I now go to him for any problem. Years ago I had terrible nose bleeding that would not stop. I went to an eye , ear, and nose Dr. (won't mention name) he told me I needed scope and a bunch of tests. I went to Dr. Ryabov--he told me to pack vaseline in my nose every night and a small amount of vaseline in the morning in 2 weeks I was cured I haven't had a nose bleed in 5 years. He cured my blood pressure and he helps me in so many ways. Also, he has the best bedside manner.

This doctor is great and very nice and pleasant and actually cares about his patients. Hard to find some doctor you can actually trust but he is the real deal. Does not rush you out of your appointments with him, will actually spend time and listen, a rarity these days. If you are looking for a great doctor, he is an excellent choice!

Poor experience ...very unprofessional....

I was hospitalized while on business in Chicago. Dr. Ryabov was my attending. He was very sweet, caring and professional. I couldn't ask for better care while being away from home and family. Thank you Dr. Ryabov!
