The doctor is not the problem. Very helpful and understanding and thorough. The staff is the problem. Waited with a group of 12 others outside for 8:00 to come. There were three staff members inside simply chatting inside the office while all of us waited in the heat outside. It was around 8:15 when a couple of us decided to knock on the door. One staff member flung open the door, walked away, and returned back to her conversation behind the desk. I mentioned I had a question and she looked at me and continued to have her conversation. This is not acceptable behavior in my opinion. Perhaps we all should avoid being ill until her visiting is over? ??

Great doctors very passionate and caring and excellent medical knowledge! We are so lucky to have them in crowley!
