Dr. Yan Geng

Dr. Geng is a horrible doctor. My mom has been going to the Panorama Clinic for over 5 years. When her beloved Dr. Renny retired, Dr. Geng took over. She has treated my mom like garbage, straight up told her she didn't have time for her, and completely dismissed her concerns and questions. Her records are completely wrong and outdated which has led to mistreatment of my mom's health conditions. She doesn't even know the difference between different medications or dosing information. We will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the state health care authority, and the medical board. If you are looking for a compassionate, respectful, caring, and knowledgeable doctor, look elsewhere. She should be fired and lose her medical license.

So happy to have found Dr .Geng. She listens, suggests options for care, communicates well with my Mum and our family, and has the expertise of being double board-certified in Geriatric and Family Medicine. We had such difficulty finding someone who worked well with my Mum, and we are so grateful to have found Dr. Geng. Her nurse is wonderful as well!
