Dr. Yan sucks! No attention to details and never calls back

no one was friendly or answered questions here.

There are people who just should have never become doctors. It felt like a business, where patients are being used to generate income for the owners, not a medical office, where people are supposed to get better or at least to feel better! The physicians here are more of ruthless businessmen, rather than a doctors with compassion and understanding. The entire atmosphere is hostile and very unpleasant.

I had an horrible experience at this clinic in NY. First, you will most likely never see the same doctor for each of your visits and both the docs I had seen had no clue what they were doing and they were extremely rude and this includes the staff. They treat you like a $$. They just wanted to do so many procedures on my legs. I decided to go to another vein clinic and I cant tell you how different my diagnosis and the treatment was. It scares me to think what would have happend to me if I had treatment at this USA vein clinic.

Everything went great and flawless, Dr. K helped me with my vein problems.

Dr. K is the absolute best at what he does. My wife and her mom have both been to see him for their veins and they couldn't be happier; which as well all know if the women ain't happy, no ones happy.... Thanks for making me happy too Dr. Km

I went to Dr. Yan to get me varicose veins looked at. I have had them for years, but recently they started giving me trouble. I went in for a consultation and the staff was amazing. Dr. Katsnelson is very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I have schedule my EVLT treatment and cannot wait to go in for it.

I visited him in his Elk Grove office for treatment of my spider veins. He was very professional and his staff was a refreshing experience. They are a great team and great at what they do. I even thought that the leg, neck and back massage during my short wait were much needed. I would highly recommend him!

I also got scheduled for free consultation and wanted to thank the staff for this opportunity. I then went ahead and got treatment. USA Vein Clinics is a place where most patients go, so it's understandable it can be difficult to get appointments at times, but it definitely worth it. It only proves that most people trust Dr. Katsnelson and his staff. Thank you, Doctor!
