Dr Li has done 2 surgeries on me. He is Amazing! He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure that surgery is the last resort. I recommend Dr Li to everyone who asks about my surgeries. His staff is awesome as well! They go above and beyond to make sure your office visit goes smoothly. They call/text with reminders of your upcoming appointment. They are very friendly, kind and helpful!

I had an extensive surgery with Dr. Li on July 4th weekend, 2024. This was after I had tried less invasive treatment options for a double fusion that had gone wrong in 2019.(not by Dr.Li) He fixed that fusion, removed broken hardware, and fused my L5/S1, amoung other lumbar problems. It was a long surgery, from which I am still recovering. I can honestly say he has helped me try to move forward with my life when I had no hope of finding anyone who could help me. He is a uniquely honest and humble man, for whom I have great respect. We are so lucky as a community to have him in the Syracuse area!

I do not recommend for work related injury, After the initial office visit I was asked for a review..Post appointment, the providers never responded or submitted the paperwork. Office personnel were programmed to extend your waiting time and never answers the website portal. Attorneys, do they influence these medical experts? I ponder

Dr Li is amazing! He listens to his patients and makes sure that by the time you leave his office you have a diagnosis and a treatment plan in place. He is very precise and does not rush into surgeries without trying other less invasive treatments first. His office staff is also outstanding! They are very professional, kind, and friendly.

Dr Li is amazing! He repaired a back surgery that I had 10 months earlier. He had to take out some stuff (bag of bones) that was not connected to anything and he replaced it with the proper hardware. He also fixed both sides of my celiac bones and while he was still working on me he fixed my cervical spine by cauterizing a couple of nerves. He has great empathy for his patients. His staff is amazing as well.

I had an injury at work which caused a herniated disk among other injuries, Dr. Li did my cervical spine decompression 2level fusion surgery. His professionalism of him and his staff are amazing. Thank you all??

Dr Li worked on my broken back in surgery for 8 hours in 2016 and I have minimal scars. You would never know I was severely injured as I am at 110% with no problems or complications of any kind. I trusted Dr Li with my life and he showed himself to be brilliant, incredibly competent, kind, and modest. He knows exactly what he is doing and he walks the talk every day. Honestly, this man is a true rock star!

I believe that God loves us so much; that He knows when we are in need of help. God puts us in the care of those whom He trust. Dr Yan Michael Li is a person God trust and I can see why. He and his team and staff are absolutely amazing. I was treated with a great deal of love and respect from all of them. Especially Dr Li who did not turn me away and gave me hope and renewed my Faith in all God's people. He took on my surgical case that had risks and I knew that because I'm a nurse. He encouraged me by say we can do this surgery. I am now able to walk and serve God, By helping others in being kind,compassionate and respectful just as Dr Li is to me. I pray that people would be more understanding, kind, compassionate and most importantly patient to their Caregivers they work long grueling hours; sometimes they have emergency case that they have to fit into their schedule. Sometimes they are called away for emergency surgical cases. Other times they maybe have… emergencies or health problems themselves and sometimes they maybe just spending well deserved off No matter what the case is I Pray for all people to please be more patient and kind to our health care providers they have busy schedules to. Please pray for our Drs, nurses, medical staff, caregivers and first responders LOVE ?? KINDNESS go along way and can brighten a person's day like Dr Li and his team did for me and my family We Love ?? and Thank you Dr Li for giving me a second chance at life with my family
