The settings may differ, but people's challenges may be the same. Issues of anxiety, depression, relationships, and substance use can occur to anyone.In my roles, I have facilitated training on sensitive issues, i.e., alcohol and substance use, on an individual, including how it affects loved ones & the workplace, intimate partner violence, and stress management.My approach with clients involves looking toward the future but realizing the past still matters. Listening and exploring past struggles involve including cultural, spiritual, racial, and gender issues.
