Dr. Yang Sun, MD

I saw dr Sun last week regarding an issue with my ear . She seems to be a cold doctor that lacks empathy for her patient . She came in and asked me what is the problem with my ears , then she looked quickly into my ears, asked the MA to flush my left ear and walked out of the office within minutes. I felt dizzy afterwards and had to lie down for a while . After 20 minutes, no one ever came to check on me to see how I was doing . I had to walk to the front desk to tell the MA that I had to go back to work . I was asked to go back to the exam room . Afterwards , Dr Sun came in and said that she was busy handling a call without even apologizing for her tardiness . I do not wish to see her again so I asked her to refer me to the ENT doctor which she did. I found Dr. Sun very cold . I hope that she works on improving her bed side manners so patients will feel more comfortable when seeing her for office visits .

I am an elderly person living out the rest of my life a couple of years ago. I do not have any good things to say about this doctor in particular. She beckons you in with a sunshine like attitude. But, when in the room she scorns you in her voice as if there are things you can take care of yourself. As a professional, this is extremely unprofessional. She then grills you over and over again trying to see what you messed up in your treatment. I am supposed to feel as if I am in a healthcare facility, but I felt as I was in a dungeon. I guess she does not get the difference between non adherence and non compliance and pins the blame on patients too quickly for not understanding enough. I know she works hard to present herself as a lovable, skilled worker. That is not the message that I received on my pager. Both times I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, praying to a higher power that she would change herself to better herself for what the public expect from her in return. And… recommendations have helped with the pain, but a little too slow for what I am feeling on the bottom end of the scale. The mannerisms are super last century, like I'm over that stuff. No negative number of stars can paint this story properly.

I feel better with your prescriptions, and I believe that you have better knowledge in my pain I’ve been carrying for the past three weeks. I really want you to be my official Family Doctor. Thank you for everything.

inpatient and not caring. Not recommended at all.

Dr. Sun has been my Primary care Provider for nine years. I mainly have seen her for a yearly physical. I have been ill recently from an unusual syndrome. I have liked and respected her as a physician, and now feel very grateful. She has been attentive, compassionate, while provding excellent medical care. She is readily available via e-mail. I am a retired Registered Nurse.......

She ran out quickly without informing me with info on being a new patient. This makes me not want to go back.

She is a wonderful doctor. I have seen Dr. Sun for about 3 years. I highly recommend her. She is caring, thorough and professional.

Doctor Sun is a knowledgeable and kind. I feel happy that I had her as my primary doctor.
