I changed doctors and my medical records were never sent over now I can't get ahold of anyone and I'm in jeopardy of loosing my disability where are my medical records

So sad to see you go, loving caring staff and DR, will be TERRIBLY MISSED! Hope she DOESN'T take my sanity with her, when she GOES! ;-) :-) :-) CUZ a good DR is so hard too find! :-\ NOW I gotta start ALL over! :-(

i went to the office of this doctor just before scheduling an appointment with him just to check out the general condition of the place, the environment and to talk to the staff. Unfortunately upon entering i could feel the miserable condition and the strange smell of the place, not to mention the high level of noise and the yelling made by the patient's conversations mixed with arguments with staff. I left after waiting for a long time being sure that it was useless for me to do so. After a while i read some of the reviews made by other patients and i rested assure about what they wrote. I did not receive any treatment with this doctor.

Needs a professional broad of pharmacy review of her doctoring practices and licensing, .. . Attorney surgeon general, and Medicare federal review, also. Into, practices, and bedside matters, .. Dr duval.. private practice.

I was a patient of Dr.Duval for over a year until she left and a new Doctor replaced her. I was written a script and she did not fill it out correctly. When I finally found a pharmacy that could fill it they said they needed my Doctor to verify my script. I have been calling for WEEKS and had my pharmacy even call them and fax over info. They do NOT pick up the phone and they did NOT verify my script. This has been going on since early this year. I now have to find a new Dr. I would not recommend going there!

I wanted to find a psychiatrist because I felt that my depression medication wasn't doing enough. Finding one was difficult, but I came across the highly regarded name of Dr. Duval. I met with a women with a heavy accent who was supposed to be Dr. Duval on the first appointment only. After that every appointment was with a nurse practitioner by the name of Doreen Seigal. She wrote me a prescription for a different medication for depression. I went back in two weeks and told her that I was having uncomfortable side affects. She told me that it was too soon for me to feel side affects and seemed irritated that I didn't want to continue on them.They made my blood pressure go up and I read on the insert that that could happen and that the pills should not be taken before a blood pressure reading. When I mentioned this to her she became indignant and said "well, did you go to your doctor to get it taken?" She never told me to do that and I think she was supposed to do it. She seemed… flustered that I pointed out what the insert said. Then she became short and remarked that next visit, she would give me something for my anger! That was my last visit. But she is still calling The pharmacy with prescriptions of my original depression medication monthly . The pharmacy is unable to fill these because my primary doctor has already prescribed this same medication. I think it is a little irresponsible of her to continue to call these in without double checking with my primary. Dr. Duval seems to have locations in far off areas, and I wonder how she can be in all these places.

I took my oldest son here, who is 18. He has had a problem with ADHD, Aspberger's, depression, OCD, and ODD since he was little. He has been off his meds and unmanageable for two years now. The Dr. who saw my son would not even meet with me. He wouldn't allow me in the room to speak about his history, nor did he care to look at my son's medical records, or medication history. I also have three little ones who I had to bring with me who became hyper (what 2 and 3 year olds wouldn't be after waiting an hour?) I admit they were acting up and running around, but instead of being empathetic to my situation they asked me to leave! I felt that was highly unprofessional, and I won't be going back. Not as if they wanted me back, they made it pretty clear they wouldn't take my son as a patient. This begs the question, if the doctor's and staff aren't there to treat people who obviously need help (i.e. this family in crisis,) then what are they in this field for? Do yourself and your patients' a… favor and go be a GP! They obviously didn't care to help my son. I guess they only want quiet well behaved psychiatric patients and their families in their facility. (Yes, irony was intended with that statement!)

Dr. Duval & Nurse Practitioner Siegel are excellent at diagnosis & patient care. I've had a disorder my entire life and for the last several years I've been seeing the health care professionals at Duval's. They have been able to stabilize my moods with medication and therapy. I'm now married, getting an education, and able to cope with job stress and the general stresses of life, as well. As a big bonus, the office staff -- particularly Ralph, office manager -- has been a Godsend in helping to deal with the bureaucracy of insurance companies. Yes, you must wait a bit to see the doc/nurse prac, but once you're in their office, they give you all the personalized attention that you require. I happily wait for such individualized treatment. God Bless them for helping me -- it's scary to contemplate what would have happened to me without them.

Dr. Duval is a pleasant, fantastic Dr. But, her staff SUCKS! They lie about appointments, try to tell you you had a different day when you know you hadn't and will argue with you over co pays when you have proof you are right. If you are late more than half an hour, they will try to charge you a late fee. But, they seem to think it's OK to keep you waiting for up to 3 hours. I blame this on the inept staff, not the Dr. They always over book and never tell her.

its the 3ring circus she has around her that makes her not worth going to.my meds were stolen,she was on vaca instead of having a covering doc she had 3 ladys w/a language barrier who gave me a run around i was on vacation they told me to come and wair[i was an 8 hour drive away w/o seizure meds really?] the proper procedure wouldve been to have a doc,call in a emergency Rx untill my next appt,this left me disgusted w/the whole staff and ruined my childrens vaca to disney.
