Dr. Yaniv Berger, DO

My wife and I asked to join Yaniv's family practice. We were interviewed by Hannah Mainstain (NP) and after a couple of weeks we received two invoices of $610.00 together for joining the practice, although we gave our insurance details in the interview and made sure that the practice works with our insurance company, EHP. I went to their office to check what happened and was replied that they did not pass the request to our insurance company and they will work to fix the problem and keep me updated (we also verified that the have the right insurance details and that they work with EHP). I did not receive any phone call nor email and a second invoice arrived shortly, meaning that they did not contact my insurance. I went to their offices again and this time I was told that this is not their problem, it is my problem and I should contact LifeBridge, since they outsourced the accounting procedure, and find with them what went wrong. I explained that this is not my responsibility and… requested not to join the practice, Hannah agreed and told me that they sent LifeBridge an email, requesting to cancel the invoice. Today my wife received again by mail an invoice for $305.00. I would probably need to take a lawyer to solve the problem. I got bad service, wasted a lot of time so far and got emotionally stressed for joining the the place. Therefore, my recommendation is to stay away from this practice.

The staff are not trying to help. I was 8 minutes late and I was forced to reschedule.

I pray to keep this Dr for the rest of my life. He is genuinely caring and thorough.

I went to see Dr Berger as a referral from a family member. He was brilliant and understanding, caring, with an insight that I have not seen from a family physician in my lifetime. We went over all my meds and needs carefully, not rushed or made to feel awkward at any time. And let me tell you I have a lot of issues. Hes a breath of fresh air and couldnt be happier.

Dr. Berger goes way beyond to help his patients. He is caring and listens to what you as a patient has to say. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Berger is very caring and tries but his staff (Sandy) is the most Horrible person and non caring person I have ever meant. I work for Doctors and let me tell you if we treated our patients like this we would be fired. HATE HATE HATE I will being looking for a new Doctor

I have had all wonderful experiences with Dr. Berger. He's very caring, & has always diagnosed me correctly.

I am comfortable, and trust this doctor. I hope I never have to find another primary doctor.

I have never seen a more unprofessional rude staff!! I'm currently seeking a doctor elsewhere because the staff here is so poorly trained
