Dr. Yanqing Gu, MD

Dr Gu is a good doctor. However, her staff are arrogant and without compassion. When I missed appointments, I tried to explain that my son is in hospice, the staff person slammed the door in my face. The first appointment that I missed was because I was on hold for three hours trying to obtain a letter recommending hospice for my son which he had to have in order for him to receive the proper medical care which he needed. The second time was because they were denying me an office appointment after I had been diagnosed with long haulers Covid. When I told her what I had and that was why I needed an office appointment, she went into a rage. When I suggested that she look it up, she started screaming at me, saying that she wasn’t going to look it up. She screamed at me, saying that I couldn’t come into the office with positive Covid test, even though I had just told her that I had long haulers Covid. My son is in hospice and in terrible pain. I let her know that, but she said to me that… she wasn’t going to argue with me. Yesterday, I missed my appointment because my son was screaming in pain. I guess your dying son in agony is no excuse for forgetfulness. If you consider becoming a patient here, don’t. Run away as fast as you possibly can Get ahold of yourself and save yourself from these cruel staff
