Fantastic customer/patient service, couldn’t wish for better. Dr Chaudry and team are so caring and never rush, I always feel that I have been listened to. Heartfelt and professional advice in abundance. Also, love the new offices across from Fox Run shopping center.

My whole family were patients of Dr. Chaudhry's and I express enough just how much we loved her. She was always very thorough and made time for me when i needed to see her. We miss her dearly as a Dr and nobody has come close to replacing her as a family doctor. We miss here dearly......Marivel Robledo

Dr. Chaudry doesn't listen to your symptoms, and seems to come up with other explanations on why you must be there. I went for a sinus infection - she never felt my sinuses, never listened to anything I told her, and told me basically that nothing was wrong. She asked if I had a fever but never took my temp. Don't waste your time. I ended up at a medical aid unit and was diagnosed with a sinus infection and was given antibiotics. I've had sinus infections for years and know the ropes when it comes to this stuff. Don't even bother.

Dr. Chaudhry is a great doctor who is nice with her patients

Dr is very nice she listen to you and is very proffesional my asthma is under control because of the medication that she give me.I feel that this is the best doctor I had ever seen.

Professionalism and less wait time.

When I first moved to the Tri Cities, I started seeing Dr. Chaudry and so did my grandmother. Whenever I had appointments, they seemed very rushed and I felt like she never made an effort to really figure out the problem. I would tell her my symptoms and complaints and it was just about sending me off with a prescription instead of actually looking into it. Eventually I grew very tired of that treatment and switched doctors. Then, my grandmother went and saw her and had complained of having these episodes where her arm would go numb and when she would reach for things, she would completely miss her target. Dr. Chaudry had told her it was just old age and her vision and coordination were just going down the drain. Well, that evening, her arm went numb again, and thinking it might be a mini stroke, I took her to the ER. They found out she was having motor seizures from a blood clot in the brain! Again, Dr. Chaudry did not want to take the time to look into it. Very distgusting. Needless… to say, my grandmother never went back to her.

When scheduling appointments, Chaudhry would often cancel or reschedule. When I finally got into her office, it took a long time for her to ever get around to speaking with me. When she did, she would spend as little time with me as she could. She rarely made efforts to diagnose or fix any problem. Every visit resulted in different/more medications to counteract my symptoms. I have recently been dealing with depression. After visiting her and her being made aware of it, she dropped me as a patient. She dropped me at a time that I am dealing with loneliness and abandonment. Chaudhry did not seem to care much about me.
