This MD is a part-owner of a procedure facility and charges a "facility fee," which I'm not sure my insurance will cover.. After my initial appointment, I e-mailed the practice to ask for names of physicians who weren't similarly conflicted, which the practice is legally obligated to provide. No one ever responded. I've since found another gastroenterologist.

Colonoscopies are not a favored event in anyone’s life but after 3 different docs over the years I am so happy to have met Dr Metz. She is excellent. She is thorough. She is thoughtful.

Everyone was kind and helpful start to finish. I felt well taken care of. from the portal to the check in and the prep (best prep ever) - I have recommended and will continue to recommend her and her team/facility. Dr. Metz listens well and brings a lively energy to her interactions.
