I was just dropped as a patient by this doctor because I dared to express frustration that he showed up 40 minutes late to our appointment. To be clear, this wasn’t a one-time issue — he was consistently 30+ minutes late to nearly every visit. Meanwhile, I arrived 16 minutes early every single time, as instructed, because apparently his time is expected to be respected while mine is not. On this particular visit, I could literally hear him going into exam rooms of patients who had arrived after me. When I brought this up, his response was, “I’m not selling cakes.” That’s the level of professionalism you can expect here — dismissive, arrogant, and completely uninterested in basic courtesy. This is also the same doctor who routinely ignored prescription refill requests from my pharmacists unless I personally followed up — because why ensure continuity of care when you can make patients chase you down instead? Being chronically late is one thing. Punishing a patient for calmly pointing it… out is another. The unprofessionalism here would almost be funny if it weren’t so concerning. Avoid if you value your time, your prescriptions being filled, or even minimal respect.

My husband WAS a patient of this doctor—until he spoke up about the fact that the doctor is routinely 30+ minutes late to appointments (40 minutes for this most recent one). Nearly every single visit. My husband is always early, schedules his appointments first thing in the morning, and does this specifically to avoid missing work, since he has a long commute. Despite that, he was still constantly stuck waiting. When my husband calmly mentioned the wait times, the doctor responded condescendingly and then decided to drop him as a patient altogether. Apparently his ego couldn’t handle being questioned. That alone speaks volumes. On top of the scheduling issues, getting prescriptions sent to the pharmacy was a nightmare. Every refill required multiple follow-ups—portal messages and phone calls—because they simply wouldn’t get sent otherwise. This happened every time. It’s incredibly frustrating that my husband is now forced to find a new doctor to manage his condition because this one… can’t handle basic professionalism or patient feedback. Being consistently late, dismissive, and unreliable with prescriptions shows a complete lack of respect for patients and their time. Save yourself the hassle and don’t waste your time here.
